Practice Description:

REAL ESTATE: All client needs relating to acquisition, development, investment, financing, and divestiture of real estate projects including, management, and leasing of office buildings or other major facilities, site acquisition, permitting, and mergers. The practice provides practical and innovative solutions for those that participate in the real estate industry as partners, investors, and lenders. Clients include developers, banks, insurance companies, and other construction and permanent lenders in connection with real estate projects. Attorney Frank's practice covers a wide array of transactions including: acquisition financing, asset-based financing, debt and balance sheet restructuring, mezzanine financing, structured and specialized finance products.

FAMILY BUSINESS DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Attorney Frank represents clients with a broad range of inter-family conflicts, trust disputes and succession problems (including issues introduced by forced heirship). His practice involves resolutions through litigation though he believes it is rarely in a family's interest to have its private conflicts dragged into the public arena. He strives to do all he can to resolve disputes via alternative routes such as mediation, in order to reach a satisfactory outcome while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Attorney Frank represents family members, settlers, protectors, enforcers, trustees, directors of family companies and beneficiaries.
