Donald Gentile is an associate at Lawson & Weitzen, LLP. Mr. Gentile represents commercial clients in all areas of business litigation. His practice includes representing private companies in business disputes and real estate developers in land use litigation and appeals. Mr. Gentile has represented clients in matters before the First Circuit Court of Appeals, Supreme Judicial Court, and Massachusetts Court of Appeals and has also represented creditors and debtors in complex chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in Massachusetts, New York, Delaware, and Florida. He has also represented financial institutions, private equity firms, and technology companies in various transactional matters including asset sales, stock sales, and financings.

Mr. Gentile graduated magna cum laude from Suffolk University Law School and was an editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. He has published scholarly articles on various topics including securities fraud, tax law, and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to joining Lawson & Weitzen, LLP, Mr. Gentile was an associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP and Denner Pellegrino, LLP.
