Rachel C. Hodgman is a member of the American Bar Association, Dukes County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Barnstable County Bar Association and is the Family Law Division Chair. Attorney Hodgman practices in the Cape office of Lawson, Weitzen & Bankert, LLP. Her primary focus is in the areas of domestic relations, probate, elder and mental health law. It is Attorney Hodgman’s goal to provide comprehensive and zealous advocacy to every client that she engages with, whether by Court appointment or private retainer. To that end, Attorney Hodgman joined Lawson, Weitzen & Bankert, LLP in 2018 as a Partner. She is also an avid and dedicated member of her Cape Cod community, giving of her time both within and outside of her legal practice. Attorney Hodgman resides on Cape with her husband, son and Yorkshire terrier.
