Corporate Team Associate

Lawson & Weitzen seeks a full-time associate with 0-2 years of experience to join our busy Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate practice. This position requires strong writing, organizational and interpersonal skills. Seeking self-motivated candidates who can operate independently while also working as part of a team.

Accounting Assistant

This is an in-person entry-level full-time position, Monday through Friday. Applicant must have working knowledge of basic accounting, from either work experience or accounting courses. Applicant must be familiar with Excel. Position requires hands on accounting work, including, A/P, A/R, Billing, Conflict Checks, Data Entry and related admin work. Candidate must be willing to learn and take direction, able to work with others and capable of detail oriented and accurate work. We are willing to train the right applicant. 


Salary is commensurate with experience plus benefits, including, paid vacation, paid sick time, access to retirement plan, participation in health, dental and vision group insurance plans, and other benefits. This is an in-office position and remote work is not offered. Transportation is available from South Station to our office on the Silver Line or via Business Uber. Parking is also available at Dry Dock Garage on Dry Dock Avenue.

Real Estate Paralegal

We seek a full-time, experienced Real Estate Paralegal, with minimum of two years of experience, to work with attorneys handling a variety of residential real estate matters, and other work. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to maintain professionalism, and deliver a quality level of customer service. This position requires organizational skills with a strong sense of priority, urgency, and commitment to deadlines, excellent written and verbal communication skills and etiquette and exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently while functioning in a team. The candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn quickly and utilize other or specialized software programs.


We will give preference to candidates with a college degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an approved program. Appointment as a Massachusetts notary is preferred.

Legal Assistant

We seek a legal assistant to support a varied litigation practice groups with multiple attorneys. We are looking for candidate with 1 to 3 years’ legal experience or a college degree. Real Estate Conveyance experience a plus. 


For recent college graduates, this is an entry level opportunity into the legal field with on-the-job training. The right candidate must be a team player, highly organized, able to prioritize and multi-task while holding to deadlines, and have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. A successful candidate will present professionally and positively, be willing and able to learn, be able to interact well with assigned partners and manage a workload independently.
