Michael Williams has practiced at Lawson & Weitzen since 2003 and focuses on professional malpractice defense, long-term care litigation, business litigation, employment law, licensing and administrative law and intellectual property/trademark law. Before joining the firm, Mike’s practice focused on constitutional litigation, which provides him a strong background in complex litigation and appellate practice. Mike is also the firm’s expert in the latest methods of electronic trial presentation and litigation management. Among his career highlights, Mike was named Lawyer of the Year by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly after only eight years of practicing law. Mike’s clients include architects and engineers, medical providers, liquor retailers and wholesalers, large and small businesses and owners of intellectual property.
