Lawson & Weitzen attorneys George Christodoulo and Peter Grupp, whose practices focus on corporate and business law, will present on Structuring the Deal: M&A Process and Due Diligence at the New England Corporate Counsel Association, Inc.'s December 2021 Seminar.
As the nation emerges from the throes of a global pandemic and companies adjust to the "new normal," mergers and acquisitions are taking place at a feverish pace. Well-capitalized buyers are driving increases in purchase prices while searching for strategic and complementary combinations. With the number and pace of acquisitions increasing, properly structuring an acquisition and performing effective and efficient due diligence has never been more important.
New England Corporate Counsel Association, Inc.
