Jacqueline Schmedel joined Lawson & Weitzen as a litigation associate in September 2023. She is a diligent problem-solver with experience representing a variety of types of clients. She is involved with various stages of litigation, including legal research, drafting and responding to discovery, writing and litigating pleadings, motions and briefs, and preparing for and appearing at depositions and various court hearings. Jacqueline is a relatable attorney who gained valuable experience in diverse legal fields throughout and since law school.
