Jacqueline Schmedel

As an associate prior to joining L&W, Jacqueline gained significant experience largely focusing on construction litigation and general liability matters. She analyzed complex legal documents to provide actionable insights. During law school, Jacqueline was a civil litigation intern with the U.S Attorney’s Office in the Asset Recovery and Defensive Litigation Units. She was also a litigation law clerk at a law firm assisting with medical malpractice, employment, and premises and product liability matters for both individual and corporate clients. These experiences have resulted in a holistic and strategic vision for the various litigation matters she handles currently. 

Prior to law school, Jacqueline was a private school administrator, responsible for overseeing all day-to-day functions of the school. Originally from Texas, when she’s not at work, Jacqueline loves being outside with her dog, reading, and playing trivia.
