Joel joined Lawson & Weitzen in 2021 as an associate bringing experience in both litigation and corporate matters. His practice primarily focuses on assisting corporate clients with mergers and acquisitions, transactions, corporate governance, and licensure. He also handles various litigation cases for both individual and business clients. Joel is a thorough and hardworking attorney whose prior experiences in both litigation and corporate matter allows him to utilize a holistic approach to efficiently attaining his client’s needs.
