Marisa joined Lawson & Weitzen in 2024 as a Partner with a practice focused in real estate transactions. Marisa represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in the acquisition, sale, and financing of real estate. Her work includes, but is not limited to, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, drafting deeds and other essential documents, residential lending, commercial lending, settlement, title, escrow, and the entire closing process. Prior to joining L&W, Marisa was an associate at two law firms for nearly six years before opening her own practice in 2022. She is a caring advocate and an excellent communicator. She prides herself on being professional, friendly, and accessible to all of her clients.
