Sophia joined Lawson & Weitzen in September 2025 as an associate with the Corporate & Business Law Team. Her practice focuses on professional service entities with mergers and acquisitions, internal, external and intergenerational ownership transitions, transactions, corporate governance, and licensure. Sophia is a detail-oriented, hardworking, friendly, and intelligent attorney. During her last year of law school, Sophia was a law clerk with Lawson & Weitzen where she assisted the L&W corporate attorneys on various matters. This experience has allowed for a seamless transition to her role as an associate, as she is already a critical member of the team. Sophia also clerked for the Rockingham Superior Court in New Hampshire and interned with Trillium Health in its legal and compliance department.
