On October 14, 2020, Lawson & Weitzen partner Darly G. David was part of a panel discussion on Leveling the Landscape: A Candid Discussion with Underrepresented Genders in the Industry hosted by NAIOP - The Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
The panel, moderated by Amanda Strong, addressed the importance of gender and racial diversity in the workplace. Darly and the other panelists shared their stories and taught attendees about how they thoughtfully contribute to an inclusive environment where collaboration and empathy help to drive culture. The event was held in place of NAIOP's annual Women of Influence Luncheon.
