Brendan is an experienced civil
litigator and trial attorney with a varied practice representing and advising
individuals and businesses. Having tried cases to verdict, Brendan represents
individuals and businesses in employment disputes as well as real estate and
construction litigation. Brendan also has extensive experience representing
individuals in complex personal injury matters and is a member of the Lawson &
Weitzen alcohol beverage industry team.
Brendan prides himself on zealously advocating and providing in-depth attention to every client and case, no matter how big or small. Brendan believes that the breadth of his practice and experience enables him to advise clients on a variety of matters with a range of options and practical solutions to maximize the opportunities to favorably resolve any dispute. Representing both plaintiffs and defendants better enables Brendan to foresee and advise against major pitfalls that can arise in litigation. Brendan's goal is to provide thorough and zealous advocacy for every client. Brendan works with each of his clients to understand their goals and implement strategies to work toward attaining their objectives.
Brendan has been a litigation associate with Lawson & Weitzen since 2017 following his graduation from law school. Brendan was elevated to Partner in January 2024.
Brendan is an avid Boston sports fan and regularly attends local sporting events. When he’s not working, you would most likely find Brendan golfing, hiking, or spending time with his young family. Brendan is an active member of the Federal Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Division and also volunteers as a judge for the Boston University Moot Court program.
