Pamela Bankert has been part of Lawson & Weitzen since she first joined as a law clerk in 1987, becoming an Associate, and then a Partner in 1989. Throughout her 35+ year tenure with the Firm, Pam has garnered an impeccable reputation for her tenacious, thoughtful and effective legal representation of her clients. While she has handled a variety of matters including both institutional and individual clients in both civil and criminal matters, she has focused her practice in contested family and probate matters. In recent years she has expanded her practice areas to include right to die/death with dignity work, also becoming General Counsel to Final Exit Network, a 501 (C)(3) charitable organization in 2021. Pam handles various probate matters, divorces, guardianships and conservatorships, numerous children's issues including adoption, domestic violence, estate and trust litigation, domestic violence and elder abuse matters, as well as her business and corporate work with Final Exit Network.
